Editor's Note: It just would not be a proper New Year if someone didn't post Seth's resolutions. So, we are assuring the continuation of a wonderful tradition by providing an article that contains the four resolutions that Seth suggested to Jane and Rob on January 1, 1979. They provide a compelling reminder for all of us that one's focus creates, and that we can change our lives by changing our minds.
