Chris is a second generation explorer and implementor of the Seth teachings. Introduced to the Seth Material in his early thirties by his father Harry - a long-standing member of the Seth community - he now runs a private therapy and Self discovery practice called 'Counselling for your Self', in the south of England. His practice incorporates Energy Psychology methods to facilitate healing and, after training under Dr. Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute, regression and progression of 'other lives' in the exploration of the Self.

Recently Chris has developed a series of workshops that are specifically designed to present an overview of the Seth legacy and parallel metaphysical teachings in order that participants become more aware of their "intent and purpose" in their current lifetime.

Like his father, Chris has attended many of the Seth gatherings over the years and has personally presented on a variety of Seth related themes in the UK and at the Colorado Seth Conference since 2003.
